MyTinyTV 2.0

TV Server

Softel vdm, Inc.

The TV Server is the application that runs on your desktop computer and receives your cable, satellite or antenna signal using its TV tuners. Your Pocket PC, laptop or desktop computer with MyTinyTV can then connect to this TV Server to view all available channels and the TV listings.

When the TV Server application is invoked using the Windows Start menu (see Programs > MyTinyTV 2.0 > TV Server), the main TV Server window is shown.

The TV Server must be started for MyTinyTV on PCs to be able to watch live TV.
The TV Server can be started using the main menu command Server > Start TV Server.

It lists all available TV tuners, the channel being watched, the Server Port number used and the address of the current user.

The Minimize button (top/right corner) is used to hide the TV Server in the Windows Taskbar.

Once the TV Server Window is hidden, you can make it visible anytime by clicking on the MyTinyTV icon in the Windows Taskbar.
