clicking noise every second

First off, I just wanted to say that I love your product. I especially love that I can watch live TV on my Windows Mobile Phone.
However, whenever I'm watching my signal through MyTinyTV, I get a clicking noise every second. I know this sometimes happens with streaming media, but what could be causing it here? I test it out on different speed connections, but it's always there, on my laptop and on my phone, slow speed, fast speed, internal wifi, external internet.
My TV tuner is an ATI All-in-Wonder HD 512mb (just released last month)
My PC using the tuner is an Inspiron DualCore_Duo Quadcore with 4Gb RAM
My laptop is XPS M140 Celeron D with 2Gb RAM
Network is Linksys Wifi-G connected to high-speed cable through Time Warner Road Runner
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
RTM

Most likely, any sounds/video artifacts are actually introduced by the tv tuner driver (or sound card). Since MyTinyTV doesn't analyze or manipulate the stream at all, it's unlikely that the clicking sounds (in this case) are introduced by MyTinyTV. Maybe, an updated driver for the tv tuner may help, maybe the clicking sound is already present in the tv signal received by the tv tuner

Ahhh, I was hoping it wasn't that. Until today, the graphics card was so new it didn't have any updated drivers and today's update didn't fix it. ATI can be slow with updates but I will hope for the best. Thanks!
